I took advantage of a trip to Houston for work to come and try on glasses that are unavailable in France. Superb welcome from Janelle in this magnificent boutique. In 3 minutes I knew which model I should choose. Very professional The choice is huge and the neighborhood is very nice. Many thanks for your help

I had a very old pair of Oliver Peoples that had been sitting in a drawer with a missing temple. I reached out to the Oliver Peoples - Houston location to see about a repair and Marinique and Faith went above and beyond to help me get them fixed! I wasn't able to remember to name of the frame so I texted a photo and they immediately knew which ones they were! I currently live out of state so they prepared an shipping label for me to send them in and have been very communicative throughout the process! The level of customer care and knowledge of the product these ladies provided was exceptional! Could not recommend working with these ladies more!
