Stopped by Stone Systems in an unplanned request for help. The best decision I've ever made! I worked with Miles Aston to obtain a piece of quartz for my kitchen island that measured ten feet long by six feet wide in one piece, as my scheduled vendor was unable to accomplish this in time for installation. Though he was apprehensive, Miles didn't want to disappoint a homeowner by failing to transform their kitchen into something amazing. Miles kept his word and the quartz top in the kitchen is incredible. I suggest Stone Systems for your upcoming renovation and ask for Miles Aston.

Builders need to do more research on the vendors they partner with based on reviews rather than 'friendships'. I'm adding my review (to the many negative reviews already posted on many platforms) with the hopes it will someday compel decision makers to think before contracting with Stone Systems. Unfortunately my new home community builder partnered with Stone Systems to provide the countertops so I had no choice. In two months, out of 5 emails plus 4 calls I put out, I have received ONE call back, which was the initial contact. Rick H. was the project manager for this new community said he will let the team know about my request. No team member ever responded to the email, even after I repeatedly send reminders. The week before installation, I called three times to finally reached this guy again, and he said he gets too many emails, so texts would work best. OK, so I texted him twice plus a reminder two days prior to installation. STILL NO RESPONSE. The installation date came and passed, and only after my stern final text did he respond to say "we have to follow plan, no exception can be done". Well, had you responded in time, any time in the past 10 weeks, I would have been able to work out something else, but NO, you put my back against the wall by responding AFTER things are done and when it's too late. You people are the most disorganized, unresponsive, unprofessional team.
