In the shoe Department Date 4/8/2024 03:49 a very Bad Service. They would rather put words in your mouth and argue, than sell a pair of shoe's. The Store Manager needs to take a better look at what is going on in the store. Sorry for wanting to buy something at your store. The dude inside has the wrong job.

Only reason I would go to this store instead of Academy was because of the military discount, their new manager decided to get rid of it, so there is absolutely no point in going there even if it is just a few blocks from my house, that was a Richard move by the new manager.

Gave out fake details involving a shoe release over the phone. Saying they have sizes now all of a sudden didn't. Little white guy, Get someone who really knows sneakers. Stop hiring just anyone

This location lied to me about a pair of shoes that would be releasing. I asked specifically about a pair of shoes and instead of saying they didnt know if they would be receiving them, they told me they would not be. Then I was made aware that they would be but by the time I found out, the opportunity had passed. They could have simply let me know that they were unaware but instead lied to me. For this reason I would encourage anyone who is looking to shop here, to look elsewhere. They clearly dont know what they are talking bout and their staff is of no help at all.
