I have been using this Tide Cleaners for over 8 years now, and I have not ever had problems. The staff are not only professional, but they are nice, which is a pleasant difference as compared to other businesses, especially lately. I especially appreciate the drive-thru service, as they are quick, take care of my clothes, and charge my card on file. All in, a very seamless process. I recommend this particular Tide Cleaners to anyone in this general areaand I live in the Northside. Imagine how many different dry cleaners I pass to get to this onethat should tell you something.

I had a very negative experience at the location right on Memorial Street in Houston, TX. I went to dry clean my suit and when I arrived to pickup my suit I tried to use a coupon to save $15 that Tide emailed me, and was told by Alexis who was the Store Manager that I would not be able to use the coupon. She said I had to tell them when I was dropping off the clothes that I wanted to use the coupon, and not when I was picking up my clothes and ready to pay. This seems so counterintuitive to me as coupons are always presented at the time of payment so how would I have known that I needed to present the coupon at drop off.. she refused to help me and said they system would not let her change it. I let her know she lost a customer as I could always have my clothes dry cleaned somewhere else. To me this seemed like bait and switch. You email me a good coupon and there was nothing in writing about how to redeem it. Not a fan.
