I guess knowing what a thriving mall (Sharpstown) this once was. It was heartbreaking to see what it is nowadays. Still enjoyed a little of my time there.

On April 6, I was in this mole and I had a very unpleasant experience. I went to the bathroom and a cleaner made my 7-year-old daughter pick up some paper that was left in the bathroom. It was shocking to see that she was sending my daughter to pick up the dirty paper and I complained to her and the lady threatened to tell the police when she was in the wrong. I don't even apologize and I don't comment on this because I don't want it to happen to someone else. They are there to clean, not to send the visitor. I hope they call the tension another. cleaning employee approached me and told me that she was going to tell the supervisor I hope that's the case

DO. NOT. come to this mall!! All the robbery stories youve heard about it are indeed TRUE . Security needs to step up their game with more security footage on parking lots its so ghetto i dont know why people still come here .
