    Worst customer service Ive had. Went in to make a very simple return. Employee very clearly had 0 care and did everything in his power to get me to not continue with my return including saying returns cannot be completed in store. When I said online said they had it he said he could give me a packing label lmao. I visited the store on 3/4 at 3:00 for managers reference.

    Claimed he couldn't return shoes because they were worn. Said they have dirt and a crease. Pretty unprofessional. Don't accuse someone of something. After exchanging a few more words with him. He said he could give me a gift card. I told him no because we bought all the shoes we needed including the same shoe in the right size. It was my son's birthday gift Feb 11. My son likes Jordan's & we are pretty good with any shoe request that he test/try them in the house again just to be sure they are not too tight. He's a 2.5 but this shoe was too narrow. Not trying to be argumentative with this person. He wouldn't even give me his name. He kept making remarks after I was done speaking with him. He definitely was egging me on. It's very understandable that a customer would be upset over an inconvenience or refusal on a refund. He needs to handle things better. Attached are pictures of the shoes in a box I attempted to return (left) new and clean and the (right) the actual ones being used same style right size lol . Why would I want a shoe that doesn't fit & why would I want the hassle of returning it through the mail and waiting longer on a refund? I'm within my 60 days. I've called and went to a different store and will be writing corporate. Seems Hibbets have conflicting refund policies. The 2nd store- Ths person at least explained his policy, was actually just nice enough to offer a shipping label and didn't have a problem giving me his name. He didn't act a fool and was more transparent about his store policy. He didn't make it seem like the shoes were worn, didn't bring the condition up and didn't get defensive over shoes. He lost a customer for sure. People don't need to be spending a dime on a business who make a refund process so hard.
