        I wish I could give one star. This store is awful. The manager is rude and ignorant. I went in yesterday and was completely discriminated against. Shes rude and didnt want to help me. She is racist. I will be bringing media attention to this. I wont take it lying down. Its 2023!!!! This is unacceptable. If you dont like all people you dont need to work with the public. She helped everyone around us that wasn't black. A nice young lady helped after encountering her. I also had an encounter with Brian the so called assistant manager trying to cover for her by taking forever to give me the manager Adriana's name. Also I had shoes that were one price on the rack but another at the register so I just left them there and purchased the one pair. If you are black please STAY AWAY from Rack Room Shoes. If I could have given zero stars I would have. Take your money to Shoe Carnival across the street.
