        The inventory is good; however, the service is terrible. Employees need more training in customer service, and the retrieval of shoes needs to be revisited in operational meetings.

        Bad customer service!!! Ten people standing by the cashier and they take forever to bring a shoe to try on. These kids seem like they hate their job, they literally throw you the boxes at you. They dont even greet you when checking out. They pay more attention to their phones than their customers who are the ones keeping this business open.

        Horrible return policy!! They canceled my online order with no explanation or refund. I went to the store in person and no one is willing to help. Good luck getting their phone picked up to resolve anything. They still haven't gave me my money or my order.
