ProShip Logistics (Ship A Pallet, LLC)

When I first reached out to the company I told them that my budget was going to be $700. They said that was fine. I then asked for clarification if that was the SET PRICE with NO HIDDEN FEES. Also agreed that was the price. The week that it was time to ship my vehicle I was told that they were going to charge me $1,400.00. I told her that I was definitely lied to and mislead. After that I was told that the price was modified to $1,000. I said, no and that i knew this I would have not gone through this company. Finally they got the price down to $900, which was still over my budget, but since i had already paid a $100 deposit and it was not refundable, I felt more obligated. Once the driver arrived to pick up my vehicle i was when could i expect it to be delivered. I was told, this weekend i then said, what day? And was told, some time this weekend I didnt get any kind of updates until the driver was an hour away, which is terrible. I had no updates the whole time.

Amazing nice and hard working company. They always keep you up to date when you work with them and are legit that means a lot in this crazy logistics industry. Thanks to them for being great! We even exposed a fake load company together.

I have shipped with ProShip Logistics for several years. Always it is one or two pallets at a time. I deliver them there myself and it has worked out very well for me. I'm certainly not their biggest customer but I get treated like I am every time I go there. I'll be back!
