I saw another post regarding Dee. She was passive agressive, condescending. Was unhelpful with a print job and sizing questions. We were told a print job would take 24 hours. We went to another fedex and we got it done within minutes. Dee ought to be fired.

The service from colleague Carmen is terrible, she does not help the clients who arrive there without knowing how to print or use the machines, and her manner is not appropriate because that is her job

Went to ship my phone today at this location b/c it's on my return route from my daughter's therapy, so that's one and the lady who helped me was apparently having a bad Friday so for her grief, I give the second but she was short tempered, bossy, confrontational and rude. I actually made a video about the details on tiktok b/c I wasn't treated like a customer, but a burden, and I was mad at the experience I was put through. I was on Dad duty, so I had to respond professionally in front of my kid but I didn't let her treat me that way without standing up for myself. I told her, she "should have called off today if she wasnt gonna be a grown up and give attitude to random strangers.". I'll be using a different location for a few months. I'm sure she will get fired eventually...
