GO TO ANOTHER UPS STORE! This store is HIGHWAY ROBBERY. My mother who is a senior citizen was filing her taxes and needed to print off a document. She never used their computer and they charged her 7.00 bc she had to type in her PIN for her IRS return. I asked why it cost that much and they said it's bc she used the computer. She never used to the computer and to type in 9 numbers suffices for a 7.00 dollar charge... PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They're not from America and they will rob you blind- ESPECIALLY SENIOR CITIZENS. One man is kind, the rest are arrogant and think they're better. Disgusting place. Go anywhere else!

The staff was polite, proffesional and very friendly. They were very patien with me when taking my passport photos. Answered all my questions regarding the process. I've also utilized their notary services - great job here also. I would recommend this store to all my friends and family.

It was a HUGE and COSTLY mistake To come to this store.  My overnight document didn't show up on time and caused our property closing to be pushed to the next day.  Increased cost of $400. Oh, but ups offered a refund: $30 (not even the full amount of the shipping charge).   A week later I noticed there was a FedEx just about a minute or two down the road.
