I utilize this FedEx on a weekly basis and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Nancy is always welcoming, funny, and proactive. Thank you all for everything you do.

Would leave no stars if I could. Horrible service. I stood in line for 20 mins with no assistance. No one wanted to create any label for me. Strange.

Confirmed a vacation hold on package via phone and through app. Received confirmation via text. Then I call to confirm a fourth time that the package would be held until the agreed upon date but was informed the item was returned to sender. All customer service had to say was sorry.

Mailed a letter expressed that was time sensitive. I forgot how unreliable FedEx can be. I forgot the FedEx drivers that deliver. Your packages are third-part contractors that get paid by the block so if a package is difficult, they are in a rush and do not want to take the time to deliver a package. I have experienced this on the receiving package side where the driver would not allow me a moment to grab my wallet and marked my package. No adult available to sign for package. Also, when you ask if someone can sign for it, beware that they will use that as an excuse not to deliver your package. It is another obstacle for your package not to be delivered.. it does not seem that FedEx has any accountability for actually delivering on time, and customer service call center is a joke with no ability to resolve your issue.
