Loved this place! The employees Ailyn and Blanca were very helpful and accommodating, and offered various options to help me out. Definitely recommend to ask for them !!!

The ladies behind the counter were very nice and accommodating! Chris doesnt know what hes talking about! I only came here because the UPS down the street was very rude and tried to charge me for taping a package. Postal Plus #5 is now my go to shipping store!

If you need a receipt for proof of dropping off a package then pick a different place. The gals the behind the desk seemed annoyed that a customer walked in; just not friendly or welcoming. EDIT: Right on cue, the owner of the business quickly responded to my review in the same tone and manner as they do other dissatisfied reviewers. If you are a potential customer, consider the following: 1) If you have a problem with this business you will likely be treated as others have, with sarcasm, disrespect, and derision. You can read it all here in the reviews. 2) Note the large discrepancy between the 5 star reviews and 1 star reviews. There are a lot of both. The 5 star reviews are generally short and generic and generally come from accounts with just a couple of reviews, which calls into question their credibility (one account only has 3 reviews: all for postal stores across the US--what are the chances?). The 1 star reviews usually provide detail of the problem, are usually from accounts with other local reviews. I wouldn't fully trust the average review rating displayed. You're probably better off going to a FedEx or UPS Store for your services. At least if you have a problem at those locations you have a shot at getting it resolved properly.
