        I was highly skeptical about the welding position, after working one full shift I decide this job is not for me, I spoke with other employees during my time here and one thing we all had in common was that Richard baulked at the pay requested, which I find to have been reasonable and below the average wage for this position. Its been 3 weeks since working here and I have not received any compensation for my time. I worked hard while at Jupiter and had no complaints from Ricky. I have asked him over text message when I will be paid with no reply, he has since blocked my cell phone number. I filed a complaint with TWC but unfortunately I dont know if this will lead to any corrective actions.
