I have always had a good experience with the check in booth. They are friendly and helpful. They also have answered my calls in your past and been knowledgeable about what we can bring and other places we should take some items like treated wood. You should bring a hard hat and a neon vest or you'll need to rent one per person to enter. It's normal safety rules. It's very busy so be patient when in line up the mountain. I do wish for the unloading areas to be better cleared of nails before being expected to back up there to unload. Many friendly and helpful workers all around which I appreciate so much.

Disgusted with this disloyal company. My kids father worked here going on three years and faithfully woke up early hours and stayed late when needed. An incident happened and he didnt know of any damage at the time, and they waited over a week later (most likely feeling his spot) had him coming into work since the 12th knowing they would let him go today. NO warning so he could get another good paying job to help support our two little men. I just recently went through a miscarriage with no pay. Its even worse that they had him work today for nine hours before calling him in the office to let him go. He was so hurt, because he is a hard worker, always has been. I am sick to my stomach and beyond with this company.

When I first called very friendly but not informative. I pull up the next week and I get charged $20 for a cheap vest and hard hat.I wish Id known because my husband has some at the house. This is things that if we were told and if they had it on the website and in the front when you pull up at the window then no one would be upset! The company needs to do better! With such a LOW customer rating you would think they would!

Wouldn't let me use my small tractor I already had on my trailer to pull off my load. Was pretty rude about it. Wanted 50$ for a pull off.
