I recently had my ADT system installed by Johnathan G and Devin at Max Protection. The process was easy, their work was quick and thorough, and they fully explained what each part of the system did and how to configure and use it. I want to thank my consultant James for his assistance in setting up my ADT alarm system. After the installation I noticed that I had the wrong thermostat installed so I reached out to James and he was quick to fix this and get the correct thermostat installed. I also want to thank the technician Ronnie who helped install the alarm system. Ronnie was professional, explained how the equipment work and answer all my questions.
