    We were past satisfied customers of On Duty before we embarked on a self monitoring system. Years later we decided to go back with On Duty and immediately regretted signing the Contract because of the poor explanations of the cost and when we would receive a call for ASAP installation. We were told no veterans discount were available, and funds would be deducted day of installation. The sales rep was polite, but clearly lacked skills in communicating that the only thing that would be ASAP would be funds deducted way before installation would commence, and the first person we called said the "warehouse speech". Only after saying we end the contract did we receive real help from a wonderful person named Zeyda, a sales coordinator. She quickly apologized, contacted warehouse, set a definite day and time for the technician (who was very professional) to install services AND gave a veteran discount. Ms. Z saved the sale with professional ism and respect. Thanks On Duty for having her on your team. Yes, I would recommend On Duty, but have MS. Z on speed dial.

    I have been an On Duty Customer for 8yrs. I recently left for a week (long story) and came back.Thanks to Mona (Manger)and her team, my husband and I are happy customers again! She did EVERYTHING in her power to keep us a part of the On Duty Family. She is patient, kind and displays a high level of professionalism which is a BIG deal for me. Long story short, we are happy with the new system installed by Lawrence who also was AMAZING!! A BIG THANKS to all of you guys for what you do!!!

    On Duty takes a reasonable and understanding approach to enforcing their rights under their home security monitoring contracts (esp. regarding early termination fees). I have found On Duty to be a responsive, reasonable company with a high degree of integrity. They seem to really care and listen to their clients. Compared to companies like ADT (which I did not have a similar positive experience), working with On Duty is a breath of fresh air.

    During the design selection process with our home builder we entered into a contract for quarterly service from OnDuty. The service was to start after we closed on our home. It took 7 months to complete our home. OnDuty did not contact us directly until after we closed on the home upon completion. After closing OnDuty called us to schedule first service. We requested cancellation but OnDuty said there would be a large early termination fee. I asked to clarify why as the first service had yet to be performed. The phone representative stated they still would charge an early termination fee. Refusing to allow cancellation without an ETF while still before first service ever performed is completely unacceptable. This is the behavior of an unethical company and I will forever go out of my way to recommend against doing business with these people.
