Omni Fire & Security System

We loved working with Omni. Their service is great (and that's hard to find). When we had an issue we were working through, they were available immediately. Everyone we worked with at Omni has been available in a timely manner and extremely friendly. I would recommend Omni to anyone looking for this service!

I was extremely pleased with every part of my overall experience with Jennifer and Roy. Jennifer has been a pure delight to work with. She has been informative, responsive and proactive in all part of setting up my system. Roy was fantastic during the install. Quick, efficient and even found us some savings by testing already existing equipment and using that with our new system. I could not be happier. Thank you Jennifer and Roy.

The inital install did not go well. The Techs fought the bugs for over 5 hours. Ultimately concluding that the door bell camera was bad. Naturally the camera suppler was reluctant to issue a RMA, and forced additional attemps of solutions by the Techs, many of which had already been attempted without success. Several days later ,Tech's (Roy and assistant) returned with new camera and succeded with the inital install. Omi had two followup sessions to overcome teething issues. One was an online session (Jesus) , not completely successful which necessitated Roy returning to achieve 100%. The software is quite involved,detailed and not intuitive for a casual user and since no operators guide is provided I forsee a few calls to support as I stumble around jnside the software and bugger things up. Todate the staff has been extremely professional,Jennifer. Roy and Jesus are all good examples of great employees. Looking forward to a long relationship. Steve Diaz
