Crabby Crawfish

Wow.. I went on my bday with my grandparents, they both ordered the fried catfish and fries and I ordered the 4lb combo with the sausage, egg, corn & potatoes. The fries didn't even have one speckle of salt. Just bland and wrong. I ordered cajun extra spicy, & I tasted NO flavor whatsoever. I spoke the to waitress, she was extremely awkward and wasn't helpful at all. There was a gentleman who was a bit helpful, but our waitress either new, or waaaay too comfortable. We wound up throwing away 72 bucks. My grandparents aren't picky and they did NOT enjoy their catfish. Seemed as if they were trying to force themselves to eat it. And it was the same for me, my gma kept asking me to eat more because I hadn't touched my food much.. I just couldn't. Bday dinner was a fail. This is my first negative review which sucks because I rarely even make reviews. I'm used to real new orleans style crawfish so this was just a complete and major disappointment and I honestly don't know how this place has been in business for however long it's been in business for. If ppl believe this spot is great, they haven't had good crawfish and that sucks for them cuz they're really missing out and settling for this spot.

Evelyn is the best waitress, very pretty, very good service and just seeing her changes the atmosphere for me.

Ordered 4lbs of shrimp, 3 potatoes, 2 corns, about $70 in total for a birthday dinner. Whatever, I didn't care because it looked good in the bag. I took it to go, I'm about 5 minutes away, max. It was sooooooo overcooked and mushy. Potatoes and corn were bland. Not worth the price. Nobody enjoyed it.
