We dined in yesterday, April 9,2024 and the food was delicious, came out hot, fresh and tasted really good. On the other hand, our assigned waiter Andre, never came to our table. We sat for 15 minutes without being brought water, asked if we had been helped or checked on. I saw about 6-7 waiters standing around (I guess due to the restaurant only being open 38 minutes). I had to walk back up the hosting station to personally ask them for a new waiter because at that point, we had seen several other patrons be served rather quickly. Andre, again never showed up to our table so we kindly asked Dorsey if he would be ok with serving us (because at that point, we were going to leave). Thank you Dorsey for your flexibility and willingness to do what your coworker could not. Andre, finally came out, but not to apologize, but to overlook us once again, to only serve the table behind us. With much enthusiasm I might add. If only we wouldve given the same service. Nonetheless, we thank Dorsey for his service and as for Andre, hopefully you will emerge yourself into being more aware of your section so that customers like myself will not feel sore about being unfairly treated in the place you chose to work at.
