True Texas Boil House

One of the boiler house employees accidentally messed up an order and gave it to me when I was walking out of the HEB. That seriously made my day. Thank you to that employee for not letting good food go to waste and for letting me have it and giving me a great day because of it. Glad that there are still good people out there willing to do a good thing! : ) if management is reading this dont take it as he messed up an order!!! but as he made a customers day and that customer will definitely be coming back to patronage the boil house next time I wasssssss craving crawfish for this weekend anyways! : )

I came here on the 1st and ordered 3lbs of Crawfish and 1lb of head on Shrimp.(pictured) Long story short.. The Crawfish were not clean. There was lots of grass and a few snails in them. Now I frequently go here because I be lazy and don't want to drive far. It don't take much to rinse them off get the grass out and extra creatures. I will not buy Crawfish from them again unless I'm shown that they are clean before I buy them. I had no problem with the Shrimp this time. Sometimes they are overcooked but they were on point. I'm highly disappointed because I don't play when it comes to my Crawfish.
