Michael did a great job responding quickly to our request for an inspection. He also helped us make sure the needed repairs were completed before the next rain storm. We sincerely appreciate his prompt response and thorough job performing the repairs before the next rain. He is definitely who we will call for any future roofing needs.

EDIT: After posting my original review, Elevation Roofing & Restoration reached out to make things right. My new score is 4.5/5. (Google reviews do not allow half points, so I rounded up.)
They quickly scheduled a painter for the unpainted window trim. They even painted another, unrelated section of the house that needed a touch-up. They did all of this free of charge to me, in an effort to make things right.
This experience leads me to believe that Louis and Elevation do earnestly want to provide the best they can for their customers, even when it takes extra. As another example, Louis did personally clean up the roofing debris in my neighbor's yard.
Knowing all of this, I would recommend Louis and Elevation.

ORIGINAL 3-star review, preserved for the sake of honesty and transparency:
The short version: You as the homeowner will have to triple-check every piece of work they do.
We had a hail storm here in Austin, TX, and as usual there were dozens of contractors going door-to-door offering fixes. Elevation Roofing & Restoration had good reviews on the internet, so we went with them. Our Elevation representative, Louis, was very diligent during the insurance inspection process.
Unfortunately, the quality of service went down from there. I'll start with the good things:
1. Louis was friendly.
2. All the expected work did eventually get done.
...and now the bad:
1. The roof workers left a lot of debris around the house (and in my neighbor's space too).
2. Some of the contractors didn't show up at all for their scheduled days, and needed to be rescheduled.
3. I can count probably half-a-dozen rescheduled appointments.
4. I had to repeatedly point out additional line items on the contract that hadn't yet been completed.
5. The subcontractors cut corners! They told me they needed to replace the wood siding around one of my windows. Conveniently, they failed to mention that they weren't going to paint the new wood. I guess they hoped I wouldn't notice?
Verdict:
There's lots of competition in this business, so I don't think I'd use Elevation again -- I don't think it's unreasonable to expect better attention to detail when thousands of dollars are being exchanged.
If you DO decide to go with Elevation, then I'd recommend you start the process by creating a very detailed checklist of every little thing you want done. (Make sure to include checkboxes for reviewing the work before anyone leave your property!)
