Ricky went above and beyond repairing the roof at a commercial shopping center that I manage! He diagnosed the roof leak and did the repair. Then later when a tenant noticed that water was coming through in a different spot, he returned and showed me that this time it was actually the old stucco (not the roof) causing the water to come through. Ricky patched the stucco FOR FREE! 10/10, will be using him for all of our properties now. He is good at explaining the issue and sharing photos so that you understand whats going on.
