I have used Ideal for the last 20 years. I have them do a tune up every 5 years or so. They are prompt and take good care of their customer.

One of the hardest things of homeownership is finding a reputable contractor when it is time to perform routine maintenance or repairs on your home. We needed to find a roofer to come out and inspect our roof after a series of hail storms blew through our area. A fried of mine recommended Ideal Roofing. I gave them a call and they were able to come out that weekend and the representative showed up on time as promised. Expecting the worst, he came down after inspecting our roof and informed me everything was good - no damage. I very much appreciate the honesty and integrity of doing right by the customer. I have added Ideal to my contact list and will definitely call them again when the need arises.

Ideal Roofing replaced the roof on our house and garage and we are very pleased with the job. The crew was punctual, polite and effecient in their work. The clean-up was great!

Very impressed on the service Paul MacArthur and Jim Hardwick provided in guiding me in handling my warranty claim. I am especially impressed with the service and communication that followed in scheduling and installing my new roof. Highly recommended.
