Only 3 stars (probably really should be 2) because whenever you call the office no one ever answers, you always have to listen to the recording and leave a message. But most of all.. I had to call on 2 different occasions and each time it took them 3 & 6 days to return my calls! On the last one the clerk said she will definitely have Dr Tran call you either later today or tomorrow. 6 days later I finally heard from her!! (Note; I tried calling many, many times at various times and every time I got the voicemail so I hung up because I had already left the message)

Dr. TRAN is very caring, professional and always take time to listen. Always willing to address my concerns when it comes to my health. She saved my life, she listened and jumped into action immediately. I love Medical Clinic of Houston. 5 stars everytime!!!!!

Dr. Tran is a wonderful doctor, and was very helpful yesterday with information, compassion, and understanding. I so appreciate her taking the time to listen to my woes. I would highly recommend her and her expertise. Thank you Dr. Tran
