        I worked at Stonecreek for two months and never received proper training by any of my supervisors. I ended up being fired for doing a task that I was told to do by not one but two of my managers this place is full of drugs. The managers do not care at all what goes on in the facility, they dont turn in any paperwork on people that fall or get injured and they do not bathe nor brush the residence teeth that need this type of assistance. This place needs to be shut down and turned into the Better Business Bureau giving this place a one star review is too good .

        My parents moved into independent living three weeks ago. They are paying for included Direct TV, Internet, and Phone with meals included. Their Thermostat was not working for the first three weeks. They opened aticket and Jason the repair guy looked at and said its locked, left and didnt come back for another week when I called him. It was finally fixed. The Direct TV is not working properly. They only get a few channels intermittently and those go off randomly. Its maddening. Now the internet isnt working which has set me off. 48 hours has gone by and nothing done. Not even a status. Jason hasnt returned my texts. Renee cant offer a status on the ticket. Im currently holding for the administrator. The reason Im holding is because when Ive left messages for her or brook I havent got a return call. They have a great fortress. I can go on and plan to if there is not resolution soon. Ill surely let you know.

        Mom and I went to Walgreens and ran into the fedEx guy that delivers at Stonecreek and he said how much he loved Stonecreek. He said the people are great and he loves the place. And we agree!!!
