Very disorganized and unprofessional company that has an extreme turnover rate! They subcontract Laboratories and then try to get Physicians to sign contracts to use these labs, patients do not receive the results. The communication between the company supervisors territory managers sales representatives suck nobody knows what's going on from day-to-day and they switch Laboratories every 2 to 3 months! The only good thing about this position is that it is laid-back and they pay holiday pay for certain holidays and the pay rate is okay but the stress is Extreme because they do not train their employees they just stick them into an office and tell them figure it out

I agree with the review below. This company has poor communication skills. I was pulled out of 3 clinics because either the doctor ended the contract with them or Medismart pulled me out because of insufficient collection of specimens and I was never told ahead of time, just out of the blue they pull you out. In 3 occasions I was left without a job and the way they cover it is by saying your PRN and by comforting you they say you still have a job with them despite the situation. Which is a lie because a job is not a job unless your getting paid for it. My manager Jannene Dorsey is by far the worst manager I ever had, she is very rude in the sense of how she comunicates with you, she is never available, always says she's busy doing something other than being available to talk to for either an emergency or personal matter. She never made me feel comfortable to talk to her about a problem, sadly I had to go to my previous manager Kirsten, whom I can't say anything bad about because despite all the injusticeness I went through with the company, Kirsten was there available to talk to me and answer my every question which I am greatful to have. Jannene needs to be fired or be removed as manager because she is never available when you need her, doesn't know how to do her job and also it's sad that even though she has several complaints about her to HR nothing has been done about it.
