Onyi has been FABULOUS throughout this whole process. She is very personal as well as professional and went above and beyond to make the selling/leasing process of my home as seamless and painless as possible. She was very cognizant of my needs & always available to answer my questions via both text and phone. I wound up moving prior to my home selling, and she was instrumental in helping me to get it leased so I wasnt paying two mortgages. She screened all the applicants for me and presented them in a concise manner that helped me choose the best one. Empower Home Realty has some great realtors working for them. The problem is the company itself, I love working with my agent but the back office sucks. They only care about the money not customer or customer services it all about the MONEY and all the fee they can charge. I would and have recommended the agent bot would never recommend Empower Homes.
