Horrible experience! Their other negative reviews tell you everything you need to know. Their website says one thing but dealing with them is TOTALLY DIFFERENT. They refuse to assist minorities with any case. You call, email, or fill out their web form and you never hear back if you are a minority. Nothing but lies, excuses, and justifications. Totally incompetent and not worth your hard-earned money. BEWARE!

I reached out to Richard and to my surprise, he went above and beyond. I received so much intel without a hesitation. 30mins of him truly going out of his way to help me. I wasn't and still are not a client of his, officially (but not because I wasn't happy. I am just waiting for other things to set in place). But him going out of his way to answer all my questions and provided so much information, for FREE. I really appreciated that, after coming from a very bad experience from my former attorney. I will definitely be returning back to Richard for my future real estate services.

So great full for these real estate lawyers. They fit me in fast because I had an urgent matter and needed a consultation. The advice was well thought out and you can tell that Mr. Weaver was experienced in real estate issues. I am going to hire this law firm to represent me moving forward and all future matters.
