        I've been in the process to buy a home from a guy named Kingsley Osage. Absolute nightmare to work with. I tried to buy a house with him and he has given me and my realtor nothing but trouble. He cancelled my appraisal saying that he needed earnest money after the contract was signed. Absolutely horrible experience. If you have the chance, avoid this guy at all costs. He won't bargain well, and good luck having him sell your house.

        Absolutely terrible experience with Realtor Nahla and her agency. Not only did they scam me out of money, but they also completely ignored my phone calls and emails for days. Stay far away from them if you value your time and money.

      Hello Asad. I'm sorry to hear about your experience. From your post it sounds like Kingsley sounds represents the seller and you have your own agent representing you. In Texas Earnest money and option fee are due within 3 days of an executed contract. Please contact us directly if you need more help.
