We met Mary very recently when searching for a home as she was representing the seller of a beautiful home that we had seen on HAR. That house sold much more quickly than we were prepared for but in communicating with Mary about that house, what struck me was how reliable, incredibly knowledgeable, and helpful Mary was. We quickly met with her to begin our own search and sure enough, our intuition was right. Mary is one of those precious jewels who has a wonderful gift of listening intently and has great instincts, which makes working with her so easy. Shes kind, hardworking, she knows the area we were interested in (heights) well, she wont waste your time, and she was very strategic in helping us get our offer accepted and the deal closed in record time. We are incredibly thankful for Mary and her team and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

Wow, where can I start from. Mary & her Team are AMAZING! Anyone reading this should take my comments seriously. If you are buying, selling, renting Mary Wassef is the place to go to. Mary and Mark are very professional, very kind, great listeners and they communicate well every step of the process. What I love is how they treat you like family- meaning they go above and beyond with a personal touch to make sure your process is smooth and they would do absolutely everything to make sure you are taken care of. We cant say enough positive things about Mary Wassef and her team! We have completed four transactions with this group. We have sold two homes with them and have purchased two lots to build custom homes. In each process Marys team was professional, detail oriented and timely. On the selling side both homes were listed and under contract within a week. On the buying side she was able to find the perfect land for our family and purchased lots below listing price.
