Beware- they will sell you property that has not followed Texas law, county and city requirements such as permits, roofs that meet the state required certificates. The realtor knows and has had two contracts fall through because of this, yet they are still taking peoples option money- knowing the house doesnt meet the required building laws. Fradulent behavior- buyer beware! 2346 Golden Shores! Ill be happy to share my inspection to save someone else from losing $1,000 on this disaster!
