I call to ask the Houston public library a question. it went to voicemail and that was January 28th 2024. Today is February the 14, 2024 and I just now get someone returning my call asking me do I still need any help from them? I think the one star review that they're getting today explains itself!

It's really a nice beautiful library the personal are so pleasant, was there for the celebration of 120 years ,but there's that issue you have to be safe there's alot of homeless persons just in the building and outside be safe watch your surroundings I'm not saying they don't deserve to be in there but that's not good for our children !
