        One of fatest office in houston once you get there you might be there 1hr hr and half tops very professional won't be you like the other offices in houston!!!!

        I called and a lady answered and immediately placed me on hold I didnt get a chance to speak. She transferred me to 211! I have an issue that 211 cannot resolve! I need to speak with a representative from HHSC. I hate that all of these places that are supposed to help people in need are extremely rude and dismissive. Its not our fault you hate your job, pick another career!
