        Don't ever rent from Sterling Bay Apartments they will cut off electricity for late payments on rent and issues please don't waste you money or time Slyvia is a non compassionate and cold hearted person. Oh maam this is accurate nothing has changed I've left the apartments lived in 1116 of Texas just rude individuals. YOU ALL NEED TO STOP LYING IT'S SAD

        I am a resident of the 10555 Breaeswood Oaks apartments, I bought a money order with the date January 3 and I left work late and I couldn't even get there on time but on January 4 I went early to leave the money order and they are still charging me $75 surcharge where at no time have they offered me another way to pay because I have this problem of not arriving on time for my work

        you can never get in touch with anyone that actually has authority to take care of the issue they just pass the phone around or send you to voicemail. i have yet to speak to someone (of authority) about my deposit refund and its been over 30 days.

      Hi Anil, we're sorry about the difficulty you had making payment by the cut-off date/time. We hope you understand that we try to be flexible if given advance notice (even offering a flex pay program for qualified tenants) but have to otherwise firm dates & times.
