Most of our tenants are long term tenants who refer their family members to lease at the properties.As for this specific review, Ms. Miles, we received your hot water work order on 11/30/2016. A maintenance man assessed the issue on 11/30 and service was restored and repairs were completed by 12/02/2016.We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused during the repair process and would make sure there were no further issues.
