If I could give 0 stars, I would without thinking about it, this company is not responsible for the maintenance of their properties, they rented us a house with plumbing problems and now they are charging us for the maintenance service, it is a house with many problems and they don't even have time to call me back, how sad we thought it was a serious company and it turned out to be our worst decision. They do not review their properties before offering them to the public

Mynd Management is a BIG RIPOFF. 0 stars They are stealing peoples Deposits as I knew they would. $2775+$694.00. Stolen. I knew this because they tried to charge me $300 for a missed maintenance appointment. I didnt even schedule anything with the company. Dont rent from Mynd, maintenance dont even know what they doing. 3 times they came out for the AC did not work the whole 2 years. Run Run Run Away. Cockroaches everywhere.,They had a maintenance crew to come out to my home 17422 Big Oaks Grove, 3 times and they still didnt figure out what was wrong with a water leak in the walls. I had to figure it out. The Landlord was just as Shysty as the management company. She showed up at the property with her son walking all through the backyard as if they still lived there. When I pulled up home from worked one day they approached me as if they lived there. When she showed up demanding me to contact her instead of the management company I was like okay, at least she is going to get the job done. She thought they were ripping her off too. By the way this house was filthy when I moved in. This landlord harassed my husband and I for her mail. I believe she got made because we had never received her sons drivers license. This was just the worst experience ever.. Teyondra Hall was my property manager. She and her team apparently went over my situation and dropped $500 dollars of what they were charging. I have to pay them $694.00 and they kept my $2775.00 deposit. They are full of it. Dont do it. I always get a full deposit. This is just horrible.

Worst property management company!! My experience with this company has been both frustrating and disappointing. Def not renewing my lease.
