        I am very happy with rental property with Invitation Homes. They are very affordable and maintenance, if any needed is always available or on time. The property managers are nice as well.

        Our resident orientation went great! We got everything explained thoroughly and she made sure to check every appliance and make notes so we would not be charged upon moving out in the future. We appreciate the kindness and shared excitement!

        The worse rental company i have ever seen ,rent a house for 2 years and 5 months .this section is not enough to describe my experience.i warning everyone, do not rent houses from this company unless you wanna spend days without water and get kicked out from the house for no reason. I spent 4 days without water due a damage done by their technician , they did not do anything just gave me $150 off from my monthly rent. I decided to terminate my contract and paid all the fees including early termination. 20 days before my lease ends they came to kick us out . And they said it was an error .
