        After a bit of a rough start Terra made things right by providing an extremely competent handy man. He did amazing work and was extremely thorough. He didn't cut corners and fixed everything right the first time.

        I have used Terra Residential for 10 years. The first 8 years were great and they were responsive. Now that Ive had Rebecca Roeber it had gone down hill. Sadly because of her poor customer service to myself and lack of urgency with my tenant I will be changing companies. Rebecca is horrible at responding and doesnt take care of serious tenants needs. Shes excuse driven. Beware folks.
