        Lived here for a year, constantly getting extra charges for payments I have already made, and on my move out they said I didnt pay a deposit yet you cant move in without one, as for my lease the deposit line was empty as to say I didnt pay a $400 deposit , you cant get keys without one, I paid through the app, now the new company is trying to say I didnt, read everything before you sign and keep all receipts!!!!

        Love reserve at creekbend properties been staying there for 4 years now. Sadly have to move due to a fraud issue, management has changed the way you can pay rent making it an inconvenience at times and havent really been helpful. Wish things were like they were before where you could pay as you needed when times were hard.

Since we have not managed or owned Reserve at Westwood since May 2022, we recommend that you direct your concerns to the current management company. Also, if you utilized a third party deposit alternative company at the time of your application, it is important that you notify them of your concerns as well.
