Unfortunately, I found out the hard way that Real Property Management Heritage is not a fiduciary. The owner terminated our contract because I had direct conversation with a sitting tenant. Owner then kept my maintenance reserve of $1350, as penalty for me having a conversation with my tenant. In my opinion, trust this company AT YOUR OWN RISK! I see this as an employee quits a job, then keeps money entrusted to him for maintaining the office, as his compensation for quitting. Go figure!

I've worked a few rental transactions, but working with Real Property Management was by far the best. Ben had all the answers and replied to all of my correspondences just as fast as could communicate them. Kendall kept me informed every step of the way while responding to all of my emails and request for docs in what felt like minutes. I don't mean to set the bar so high for this company, but that was my experience. They made me look like a rock star realtor to my clients.
