        I do not recommend this company to rent from! They seem great at first but then it goes downhill. They use cheap contractors to fix issues in the cheapest way possible and then when you leave, deduct from your deposit unfairly. I was charged an extermination fee and a cleaning fee despite having both cleaned and exterminated before leaving. I was also charged $70 (yes $70!) for leaving the fire alarms on the counter after replacing the batteries (because when I replaced the batteries they began to sound off and would not stop, something they had done before while I was living there). Best part, when you reach out to discuss the unfair deductions, they blow you off. I'd like to point out that these ridiculous deductions also happened to a friend of mine that moved around the same time. If you don't expect to reply when someone wants to discuss their deductions, don't leave a call back number on the form!
