I requested quotes for rust staining on the side of the house and on shingles from several companies, Houston WashPros was the first to respond. Pricing was reasonable but I thought I should wait for other quotes to come in. C. L.s friendliness throughout the communication exchange gave no chance to the other companies. He was able to work me in immediately and within my requested schedule so I decided to work with him before hearing from other companies. He was very prompt and arrived exactly when he said he would. He finished the job quickly and my house looked just as it did before the staining. Great service and very friendly. I did eventually receive the remaining quotes and his pricing was better than 2 companies, and another wasnt really interested in giving a quote with just a photo.
