Dean cleaned my roof and he did an excellent job. He helped me finally resolve a dispute Ive had with a roofing company. They were finally forced to admit that they fixed a patch with the wrong shingles. Dean got my original shingles so clean that the roofing company had to admit that the patch was not the same shingle. I also found Deans charge for my driveway so agreeable that I had him wash my driveway and front sidewalks. They look brand new now!

Dean did an amazing job power washing our driveway, walkway, and porch! He responded immediately to my request for a quote and came out and gave me a reasonable price for all the work he did. Excellent job, very professional, and a really nice person. Thank you Dean!

They were super easy to work with from initial call to scheduling, to the day of the job and payment. They did a great job fro us for a great price. Had my dad on the job site that day, and he had endless praise for the work they were doing (which is unusual). Rural property and they brought their own water supply which was a big help in our case. Very grateful we came across Milan and his Dean of Clean team!

Power washing pavers, and cleaning wasp nests on stucco. Communication and on-time performance was excellent. His pricing was great. He used two machines to double wash our paver driveway. The first machine was a bigger machine with a hood to wash, and the second machine was a power sprayer to rinse. He then power rinsed the street along the curb all the way to the storm sewer, so that our crud wouldnt end up in the street. He did the whole job quickly and efficiently himself, without damaging the flower beds or anything.
