My package never got delivered

The worst office there is, I went to process my passport, they didn't even check my documents and they sent me to a translator named Emily, the one who helped me was called Bronw, a black woman with a bad face and a despot, and I changed the next day, I arrived at 8 am and they helped me. at 10 am and only to tell me that I didn't have an appointment but that the translator charges me 100 dollars to come over, it's the worst thing there are people taking advantage of

This is my moms post office, and its the worst. When I request package pick up, the mail carrier says my packages have been picked up, but they are still outside my front door in the evening. My home post office always picks up my packages and scans them at my door. The physical post office is not better. The staff is unfriendly and the drop off slot is permanently shut, so you cant drop off packages after hours, and you have to drop off packages inside the post office when it is open. I have started taking all my packages to the Town & Country post office where the clerks are nice and you can drop off packages even after hours.
