        I have had the worst encounter with a post office at this location. Rude, unprofessional, lazy, and could care less about the people who come here. Honestly, we will be moving ALL business and personal boxes to a competitor and will never be back. Save yourself the trip and stop somewhere else, you will thank me later!

        I dont know about the other reviews but EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME HERE!!!!! They are GREAT TO ME!!!! Friendly and good customer service.

        My recent visit to the USPS location on W. Gray Street left me extremely disappointed with the level of customer service. The staff were unfriendly and displayed a rude and unprofessional demeanor towards customers. It's clear they lack enthusiasm for their work and are not interested in assisting the public. Additionally, given the high traffic in the area, there should be more self-serve kiosks or additional staff to manage the workload efficiently. Improving the quality of customer service should be the first priority at this location.

        The customer service here is less than average. She was very dismissive and no help to a number of people who stood in line for a long time

        I wish I would have read these reviews before dropping my package off here. The workers at the counter are rude. I think they threw my package in the trash after she felt annoyed with me. Tracking has been showing scanned at post office for several days now with no movement.
