We called early on a Monday and scheduled a Tuesday appointment between 11a and 2p for a clogged kitchen sink. Had not heard from from by 3:30 pm Tuesday so we called them. Was told the technician was held over but should call us in 20 minutes. Had not heard from him so we called then again at 4:30p and was told he was at a commercial job and could we reschedule for a Thursday afternoon appointment. No call from Sheffield Plumbing, always put on hold. Poor customer service not a professional response. We ended up using another plumber.

Sheffield Plumbing were exceptional! They were prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous. They Excellent representatives of the Sheffield Plumbing. Would defiantly call again for any plumbing issues. Thanks again guys!

Their customer service is amazing. I live in an older home so unfortunately I've had to call them out quite a bit. Every time I've gotten a different technician and every time they're so incredibly helpful and friendly. I tried to use a different company last year and had a totally different experience, so now I just wait to get on their schedule if something comes up. They recently redid all my pipes and not only did their quote come in lower than others, they finished the job pretty quickly, didn't make much of a mess, and were in constant communication with me. I highly recommend Sheffield Plumbing! Services: Drain cleaning, Outdoor plumbing system repair, Plumbing leak repair, Garbage disposal repair

Bradely was able to change out a very difficult corroded shower cartridge without causing damage to the water pipes, faucet or wall. I highly recommend these guys!

Sheffield Plumbing was amazing from start to finish. I had a plumbing emergency involving massive pipe clogs, and they took the time to explain my options. At no time did I ever feel like they were trying to "sell" me on anything. They were good to ask me what my personal needs were and what they could do to achieve them. There is no doubt that this will be my go-to plumber for any future plumbing repairs.
