We needed a toilet replaced at our house and my dad suggested Ally Plumbing Company as he had them out to do a water heater repair at our manufacturing facility. I called and the girl on the phone was very nice and she set an appointment for the next afternoon. They showed up on time and completed the install in a timely manner. The techs were very professional and accommodating. The tech was communicative and amicable as to how to keep upstairs drains clear. good information. Very pleased.

We have a faulty shower thermostatic valve.Ally Plumbing Company answered by email that a new cartridge is required. As it happens, the manufacturer would supply and fix the part, but I want to thank them for their helpfulness. The next plumbing job probably isn't far away and I will certainly be going to them.

Ally Plumbing Company has helped us out multiple times this year, from a leak from our ceiling to a broken shower. Always professional, always punctual, always good value. Harry and his team seem to have things working like clockwork, they are clean and tidy when they come and are a pleasure.

Dan was very courteous and worked quickly. He took pictures of the piping under our kitchen sink and showed me how it had been incorrectly installed by a previous owner of our house. He replaced all of it and it looks great. He also replaced our disposal and pointed out where it was corroding and leaking. Then he cleaned up which I really appreciated.
