Their service is very efficient from booking a time to arriving for the appointment in the allotted time. Plumbers were very courteous and professional. We are happy to recommend this company.

I had a foul smell in my home for a couple weeks and could not figure it out. TriStar Plumbing Solutions crew came out and was able to locate the problem quickly. I had a broken pipe in the wall! Fred came out and repaired the pipe. He also diverted the drain away from the house. No more smell!

Alex was very professional. We called him out due to a leak we had. My husband attempted to fix the leak and we wanted to be sure that the problem was resolved. $49 for a service call was well worth our peace of mind. Terry listened to all of our concerns and did a great job of explaining different options and didn't even mind my husband looking over his shoulder . We will definitely use TriStar Plumbing Solutions in the future!

Please look for different plumbing services, This company was never able to service my home with an urgent item, I joined the service subscription to get premium services however they never got back to me and if the did just false promises always blaming on the technicians, I will never use this company

Alex was courteous, well-informed, and very professional. He found the problem and took care of it. He even had to dig around to find where the landscapers had covered the clean out. He was great with my dogs and kids as well. I will be happy to use this organization in the future. Thanks Alex!
