Dr. Phi is amazing. The whole team was very professional and attentive throughout the whole process from start to finish. They are very personable and make you feel comfortable and safe. I Can say that I am very happy with my results and Im only 3 months post op. Surgery has risks and it can be scary but they will hold your hand through the whole process which is so important. The first few days after surgery were the toughest but the team constantly checked up on me whether it was calls or txts. The doctor will meet with you multiple times after surgery all the way up to a year just to check on your healing. Im very grateful to have had Dr. Phi work with me and definitely recommend him and his team. If you are looking for a doctor whos going to make sure you are safe and give you a more natural look, he is the best choice. Thank you to the whole team.

The MIA plastic surgery team is the best! I would highly recommend if you are looking to do any cosmetic surgery. They have been there for me every step of the way. From consultation to surgery to checkups they have gone above and beyond expectations. Dr. Nguyen is highly professional and very comforting with anything you are deciding to have done. I am so happy with my results and will definitely be back if I decide to have any other procedures done!

The fat transfer that this so called doctor did has now formed big lumps. In winter its quite painful. The fat lumps started forming after 6 months. I went to him and he said he didnt feel anything, looked at me like I was crazy. Now I have to find another doctor to take the lumps of fat out of my face. I had also got a nose job. One side of my nose was bigger than the other. I had to go to doctor Rose to get it fixed. I wouldnt recommend this doctor to anyone.

These people are unethical. They took my deposit for surgery on the 9th without telling everything a had to do on the call. After talking my deposit, the had someone call me back to tell me I had to have labs done and to them in 3 days.  My labs came back with a iron of 8.4, so they cancelled my surgery 5 days later. They are refusing to give me my money back stating the invoice shows if surgery is cancelled due to labs there's no refund. This company sends out 2 different invoices hoping you never see the attached invoice that shows their actual cancellation policy. They allowed for the surgery to be scheduled less than 30days out, they cancelled my surgery and are now saying I can pay to reschedule for a different date.

Stay far away this whole company is a joke they are a circus. They are very poorly organized. They will steal your money  - refusing to refund my $3000 after cancelling on me even. though I did everything in a timely manner and they have had several people killed. I had a surgery tomorrow with Dr. Patino and I got all my bloodwork and paperwork done over a month ago and now they have canceled my surgery and are telling me I need extra paperwork ?!?!?that is not in the contract my surgeon last year, Dr Morales... never required a psychiatric Paperwork ??? MY& MD gave me a mental health clearance on my medical clearance form- they're making me crazy. Anyone would be upset as hell... and it is asking way too much. They're telling me I need to go to an ER to get some medical release which would cost me thousands of dollars. Re-Scheduling would cost $500. They clearly have no souls or hearts if they're being this absurd... they don't care about you they don't care about your children they're stealing money and time from, they don't care about your family. I read they kill people in surgery all the time. I bought preop and postop supplies and they don't care about my time that they wasted they don't care about my money that they wasted. I set up childcare, caregiving, rides. Extremely insulting these call center employees are so disrespectful to clients, clearly they are very uneducated employees working on their cheap fake "Concierge". I had to get a caregiver, I had prepaid for childcare. I had got a driver and they completely screwed it all off even though I was 100% cleared for surgery by a medical doctor and I had all the appropriate paperwork done and I paid a huge deposit and they are portable and mean to you on the phone stay far away.
